Lippi System Limited is one of the first few trade houses in India to manufacture Rotogravure Printing Cylinders by Electronic Engraving Technology.

Company started its commercial production in the year 1995 with all state of arts machineries imported from world reputed manufactueres' like Hell Gravure System, Germany,Kaspar Walter GmbH, J.M.Heaford Ltd., MDC DAETWYLER AG.

Lippi Systems Ltd has a strong customer base all through out India and company has its marketing Pre-Press divisions at Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata & Chennai.

We are Manufacturers and Exporters of Rotogravure Printing Cylinders by Digital Engraving Process for flexible packaging, Decorative & flexo/gravure printing industries. Our Products are -Pre-Pressa :- Company has its Pre-Press set-up at Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata & Chennai. Pre-Press divisions are equipped with latest ARTPRO software & proofing machines. -Copper Plating :- The state-art copper plating technology of Kaspar Walter GmbH, Germany is used to achieve even & fine crystalline hard copper deposits on gravure cylinders. Even copper deposition throughout the length of cylinder with precise hardness required for diamond engraving. Perfect current transfer & controlled electrolyte flow. Provision for automatic control of the hardness & thickness of the metal being deposited. -Cylinder Finishing :- The Cylinder Finishing Machine (CFM) from Kaspar Walter GmbH, Germany is proven technology worldwide for gravure cylinders, which allows accurate, precise polishing of Hard Copper Platted Cylinders. Polish master Most sophisticated state of art technology of MDC, Switzerland produces best quality cylinder surface finish with most precise accurate size suitable for digital engraving. -Digital Engraving :-Hell K304 up-graded with MDC Max Datwyler which has a capacity to generate different cell profiles, and provision for generation of user defined gama’s for specialised application ensure high quality & versatility, Gravostar 1100 & Gravostar 2215 with VISION 3 HEAD OF MDC, switzerland can produce cylinder with varieties of cell structures most ideal for printing on paper, pet, vinyl and also for different coating application. Company has to its credit GERMAN Technology supported by Swiss perfection. -Hard Chrome Plating & Chrome Polishing :- Kaspar Walter Chrome Plant gives even Chrome Hardness throughout the length of cylinder. *Chrome Hardness tough enough to withstand different Printing Parameters * Longer life of cylinder due to proper chrome deposition with the desired hardness resulting in an enhanced production. -Proofing Press :- The Proof Press from J.M. Heaford, England substancially reduces production down time before printing. This is the only system capable of using all printing components, to give Customer a proof comparable to the final printing results.
