Aqua Brand Submersible Sewage Pump is a creation of the passion and vision of its founder and now Managing Director Mr. J.P.Patel
After finishing his graduation in Mechanical Engineering from the reputed M.S.University, Baroda and a short stint in Jyoti Ltd for the required exposure in production and R&D; Mr. Patel plunged right away into pursuit of his passion of manufacturing submersible sewage pumps in India in early eighties.
At that point of time submersible pump concept was totally unheard of in India and it was his vision that impelled Mr. Patel to launch this pioneering venture of great environmental significance.
While designing this pump, Mr. Patel visited all the reputed submersible pump manufacturers all over the world with a view to incorporate their relevant design features in the Aqua pump. However, Mr. Patel has resolutely resisted the temptation of complacency and continually strived to upgrade the design to make it more and more reliable under the Indian Operating Conditions characterized by low supply voltages, poor solid waste management, poor screening facilities & undesirable operational practices.
In this unending Design Upgrading Exercise, he is ably supported by Mr. Abhinay Patel who is now Director R&D at the Aqua Works. Mr.Abhinay Patel is also a qualified Mechanical Engineer with expertise in Computer Aided Hydraulic Design. During the past three years many design innovation have been successfully incorporated in Aqua design to further enhance it?s reliability under Indian operating Conditions.
