Description :
ELEVATOR MACHINE: The machine mounted on a steel frame is supported by heavy concrete beams with extensive vibration dumping properties. Between the machine frame and the supporting beam rubber pads or silent blocks are inserted that have the characteristic of a a spring, functioning as a vibration absorber.
GEAR HOUSING: Made with high-strength close grained quality cast iron as per IS.210
WORM SHAFT: Formed in special alloy steel, case-hardened stress-relieved and ground; supported by anti-wear sleeve bearing and axial thrust bearing, making it easily adjustable
WORM WHEEL: Made in Pb2c, phosphorus bronze centrifugal casting, to achieve great strength and perfect homogeneity of material structure with high fracture and wear resistance enabling good sliding properties. Shrink fitted and bolted with C.I. centre [core].
WORM WHEEL SHAFT: Made in special alloy steel, hardened, tempered and ground; supported by anti-wear, sleeve bearing.
THE WHEEL & WORM: The wheel and worm are perfectly matched to minimize backless taking place.
TRACTION SHEAVE: In high grade cast iron ensuring high strength & wear-resisting properties.
BRAKE: Independently acting shoes provided according to the international norms, with D.C electromagnet.
MOTOR: Featuring high starting torque, low starting current and slip smooth acceleration and performance. In accordance with IS : 8151 ; 1976
