Shree Intertrade Pvt. Ltd., India, offers range of Packing Braiders Making Machines, as per the customers requirements. These types of machines are designed to make a braid in perfect square section. The machines are available in two types.:
(1) Upward take up ? for making plain braid without adding any chemicals.
(2) Inverted type ? for making gland packing.
Braiding Machines are available with 3(three) track and 4(four) tracks.
This types of machines are offered with the following spindles.:
A,1) 3-track with bobbin size 57mm dia.x157mm length.
i) 12 spindles for 1mm to 6mm sq.,
ii) 18 spindles for 6mm to 15mm sq.,
iii) 24 spindles for 10mm to 25mm sq.,
A.2) 3-track with bobbin size 75mm dia.x200mm length.
i) 12 spindles for 1mm to 6mm sq.,
ii) 18 spindles for 6mm to 15mm sq.,
iii) 24 spindles for 10mm to 25mm sq.,
B.1) 4-track with bobbin size 57mm dia.x157mm length.
i) 16 spindles for 3mm to 6mm sq.,
ii) 24 spindles for 6mm to 15mm sq.,
iii) 32 spindles for 10mm to 25mm sq.,
iv) 48 spindles for 19mm to 50mm sq.,
B.2) 4-track with bobbin size 75mm dia.x200mm length.
i) 16 spindles for 5mm to 8mm sq.,
ii) 24 spindles for 6mm to 15mm sq.,
