Description :
Stainless steel scrambler & Unscrambler, familiar as turn table. This is built on S.S. Square frame, solid guide rail & reduction gear box for jerk less & noiseless performance. Turntable is useful to insure total synchronisation, uniform flow of container and to take a turn at 90 degree to suit different machine and purpose in automatic liquid line. NATIONAL Strongly believes & Pursue GMP concept and accordingly introduced GMP Model S.S. scramblers & un-scramblers from 30" Diameters to 42" Diameters with three speed pulley drive, to ensure regulated uniform flow of containers, to suit different & purposes in line.
The unit built on S.S. Square frame. The S.S. Covered aluminum cast disc, Solid Guide Rails, Reduction Gear Box provides jerk less & noiseless performance for a long time the three speed step pulley ensures total synchronisation of incoming & Out-Going containers.
OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES
ACRYLIC COVER : For absolute cleanliness & to avoid contamination of open containers, Acrylic cover can be provided unsrcambler / Un-Scrambler from all side & top with partly sliding cover. SPEED VARIABLE AC FREQUENCY INVERTER DRIVE.
OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES
All exposed parts are of S.S. Or Aluminum to avoid any rusting.
Reduction gear ensures jerk free and noiseless performance.
Square frame in parts vibration free performance and allows absolute cleanliness even inside.
