-Chemical corrosion & abrasion resistance, smooth & mirror finished stainless steel heavy guage inner vessels with curved bottom, to ensure total material batch discharge from vessel.
-Stainless Steel conical cooling ring with water circulation in cooler mixer, for additional & effective cooling of material batch.
-Specially designed stainless steel blades for homogenous mixing and effective cooling for heater mixer and cooler mixer respectively.
-Aluminium light weight lids with necessary accessories for both mixers.
-Options for Pneumatic / Electro Pneumatic / Manual openings for Aluminium Casted discharges valves of both mixers and lid for heater mixer.
-Side slide, manual / Pneumatic Opening for cooler mixer lid.
-Seals provided in bottom of both mixers.
-Heavy duty graded caste bearing housings for both mixers.
