Description :
Two roll mill colour tasting mill, Ribbon Blender, Air Classifier, Impact Pulverizer, Bone Crusher Mill, Tray Dryer, Rotary Dryer, Power Press, Chilly Air Mixture, Drum Dryer, Flash Dryer-laxmi en fab.
Design : The drive and roll units are mounted on a welded frame.
Drive Unit :The two rolls are driven by three phase electrical motor constant speed and friction. The torque is transmitted to the roll via a gear reducer and chain drive.
Roll Neap Adjustment : Adjustment of the front rill is carried out via hand operated adjusting spindles. The actual nip width can be read off graduated scales.
Rolls : The rolls are made of chrome steel with hardened surface and centrel bores on request. The surface can be hard -chrome plated.
Bearing : The use of roller bearing ensures, a high degree of concentricity, minimum play and a long life high temperature grease is used for lubrication.
Heating : Heating of the rolls can optionally be carried out : Electrically, using 1 or 3 zone heating.
Safety stop : The safety stop feature is acuated / relased by pivoted rockers located above the rolls or be means of the emergency stop installed behind the front and rear side cover panel and actuated by a simple touch.
